Requirement
Requirement
Our development teams and business need to communicate at some points about the business requirements of the project. This phase is essential because of if it is failed, the software might be irrelevant to the user group the company is looking to engage.
Analysis
Our product managers, architects, and related teams will work with the requirements to analyze and document key processes and use cases that are to be automated or optimized with software. The output of this phase is a backlog of tasks to be performed during the project (following agile methodology).
Development
This phase will include design process and programing process. The design process will generate design documents listing the patterns and components. Our development team will be busy coding the software. The process might either be carried out in sprints. The output of this process is testable and functional software.
Testing
The testing phase is key because delivering quality software without testing is next to impossible. Our development team will test for code quality, performing unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and security testing. Our QA team will automate testing with Continuous Integration tools to produce software ready for deployment to a production environment.
CI/CD
These methodologies allow our development team to catch bugs and errors early in the development cycle, ensuring that all the code deployed to production complies with the code standards we established. In this phase, our team will to keep in touch with business stakeholders throughout the process to ensure that the project is going in the right direction.
Maintenance
Once the building phase is over, our development team monitors the software to make sure it’s operating properly. If bugs or defects are discovered in production, the team addresses them instantly. To make sure that fixes don’t cause other problems, developers have them flow through an abbreviated software development process.
